Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
For bank transfers, orders are processed after payment is received and verified

Products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund
Opened herbal products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
